All orders are shipped using Australia Post and include a reference number for tracking. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.
If a product is misplaced, lost or stolen it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the appropriate courier, which can be found on the shipping email, containing the tracking details.
International ShippingShipping rates and charges are calculated based on various factors, including the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and any other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.
