All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to info@eastsideco.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to info@eastsideco.com.au.
Refunds
Please note, refunds will only be given if an item is damaged or faulty within 7 days of receiving. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
